My love affair with wine began many years ago when I lived in the Napa Valley. With a background in wellness as well as a career as an entrepreneur and a part time model, I knew drinking too much wine was not great for my health, waistline or productivity.

I created Chateau Eleve with a personal passion for great tasting wine, but also a desire to consume less in order to stay in shape and launch a company — this one.

I sought out both a sommelier and former NASA scientist to help me create a great tasting alternative to sparkling wine that contains CBD, allowing you to enjoy the taste and experience of wine — without the alcohol, calories or hangover.
